The Secret Art of Extreme Sexual Play
(D/s & BD/SM)D/s stand for "Dominance & Submission" meaning that one person is dominant and the other submissive, both being of either sex. A female dominant partner is often referred to as a "Dominitrix" or "Mistress" and a male as "Master". Submissive partners are usually referred to as "Slaves or Subs". D/s often has a spiritual context or goal to guide the submissive to a Higher Self. BD/SM is widely used to describe "Bondage & Disipline - SadoMasochism".
The Following Are Brief Descriptions of D/s & BD/SM

SUBMISSIVE: One who takes pleasure being controlled sexually by a dominant partner.....the surrounding or giving freely of themselves to another.
BONDAGE: Is the art of making a person feel helpless by binding or restraining. This type of sexual play might include hand cuffs or rope, collars and leashes, and is often considered a spiritual act in and of itself.
DISCIPLINE: Is what I would consider as role playing. Whereas the man or woman has been a bad little boy or girl and needs to be punished in some way. This can be by extreme sexual teasing, whippings, or sweet, sensual, non-painful torture.
SADIST: One who takes pleasure inflicting pain upon another, and can be either consensual "Play Sadist"....or non-consensual "Criminal Sadist".
MASOCHIST: One who derives pleasure from receiving pain. This can be Physical, Mental, Sexual or through Humiliation.
SWITCH: Is a term used to describe a person who feels comfortable with being either the "Dom" or "Sub". Basically, a Dominant who can be Submissive and a Submissive who at times is Dominant.
